Landscaping Business Card Design & Branding for Veteran Lawncare and Landscaping
Veteran Lawncare & Landscaping LLC is a veteran-owned and operated company serving the New River Valley. Its services include mowing, mulching, hardscaping, landscape design, property cleanups, stone and edging, and commercial snow removal for residential and commercial customers year-round.
The company already had a strong visual identity built around its veteran roots, so the cards needed to feel like part of the same brand customers see online.
The Objective
The objective was to match the company’s existing logo, branding and online presence while producing marketing materials people recognize immediately. Our team also built the company’s website, so the business card and website were treated as one coordinated branding project rather than two separate pieces.
Design Choices
Logo-first front
The front pairs the “Veteran Lawncare LLC” mower-and-flag logo with the full company name, so the card reads as the same brand from across a table.
Distressed flag and bold red
Black, gray and red with a weathered American flag carry the veteran-owned message without extra words.
Phone number as the hero
The 304-888-2969 phone number is set in the largest type on the front, next to a red call icon.
Services at a glance
The front lists mowing, mulching, hardscaping, cleanups, landscape design and commercial snow removal; the back expands this into an icon grid.
A message for the back
“Quality Lawncare By Those Who Served” headlines the reverse, supported by reliable service, veteran owned & operated, and serving the New River Valley.
The Completed Work
- Zaxx Card Lab designed a two-sided business card: a front focused on the logo, phone number, core services and website address, and a back built around the company’s message and full service lineup.
